Great location on the river. Staff untrained and poor dining options.

The hotel is luxury, has pleasant staff with our waiter.

The hotel is a comfortable place in a beautiful area, close to other major restaurants at the River Walk and the riverfront. the elegant-style building and spacious room with 2 balconies overlooking the riverwalk were lovely. the staff were welcoming and efficient as well.

Gorgeous, clean hotel with outstanding service. the rooms have good views and come with a sofa bed. - Smooth check-in and late check-out. - Super-friendly staff. - Marvellous and amazing location in a peaceful area within walking distance to a cathedral and a church. - Conveniently close to banks and convention centers.

Overall it was a really nice stay for a sun-par vacation. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and helped us find bars and cafés which were located walking distance to. Its location at walking distance from a scenic river was particularly good and gorgeous.

We didn't like that there was onsite parking missing, were a little disappointed.
